You might have already noticed that https://martchus.no-ip.biz is now redirecting to https://martchus.dyn.f3l.de. That's intentional and now allows access via IPv6. So update your repository configuration accordingly because I'll discontinue to update the no-ip address at some point. Note that the mirror under https://ftp.f3l.de/~martchus is unaffected.
