GHA cache sunset

Since today I'm seeing the following on some docker builds:

it happens at the end of the depot/build-push-action - wondering if there needs to be an update here to not get this problem

Hey, yeah we likely do need to update something to clear that warning, that said you actually can remove the cache-to and cache-from when using this action - the Depot builder already persists the cache without it. Here's a PR: hyperlane-xyz/hyperlane-monorepo#5848
