Below errors occur when using OpenAI and Google models via GitHub Copilot Chat:

Models encountering these errors:

• OpenAI models: gpt-4.1, gpt-4o, gpt-5 mini, Raptor mini, gpt-5.1-codex, gpt-5.1-codex-mini, gpt-5

• Gemini models: 2.5 Pro, 3 Pro

Note: No errors occur when using grok-code-fast-1, claude models.

When running with mcp-config-set (tool) enabled:
