iOS Large Title display disappears

Description

On iOS the large title should move into the usual title position and size as the page scrolls. Currently it does not.

This applies to NavigationPage with ContentPage as well as the new Shell implementation. #32081

Documentation explains the expected behavior:

A large title is left aligned and uses a larger font, and transitions to a standard title as the user begins scrolling content, so that the screen real estate is used efficiently.

Hi! @davidortinau @PureWeen, I'm pretty sure this behavior is tied to Liquid Glass. Apple explicitly points this out in their guidelines:

I think the “correct” way to get large titles collapsing on iOS 26+ (titles properly collapse on iOS < 26) is to use a transparent navigation bar background. I will try to find some workaround though :)

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.106.3 with MAUI versions 10.0.11. It can be reproducible on iOS 26 platform. Issue does not reproduced on the iOS 18 platform.
