Spent some time with @Peter-Juhasz this morning and I can't repro this easily on my machine. Will continue to investigate, but this feels like a caching issue in the source generator somewhere. The two reports we have are from large projects and they occur on even the simplest of Razor files. My initial attempts at reproing with the same source file were unsuccessful, and I was definitely running into #11801 too, which changes the code-gen. In fact, with that issue in mind, and the fact that it seems @bind is the common element in the repros, maybe it's just something in the bind tag helper descriptor provider?

oh, perhaps the fact that I can't repro it is simply explained by the fact that it is fixed already.

FYI @Mike-E-angelo this is from an old copy of your project, same issue we're discussing in #11623 (comment)

So maybe this was fixed by #12439? @chsienki the issue for that PR is about edits and components not being found, but I wonder if it also could have caused a problem during slow project load?
