No such file or directory: 'submission_secret.txt'

For some reason, the submission_secret.txt files were not generated when students submitted their assignments. I now run into the following error when I try to release feedback: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/mnt/course/class_store/feedback/[student_id]/ps0-2025/submission_secret.txt'. Is there a way to generate these text files, or another way to release feedback to students?
