When `a365 setup permissions` has completed, [this code](https://github.com/microsoft/Agent365-devTools/blob/8acf91830f7e323d47e0df5f99b94434b9aff5f5/src/Microsoft.Agents.A365.DevTools.Cli/Commands/SetupSubcommands/PermissionsSubcommand.cs#L297) outputs `Next step: Run 'a365 setup endpoint' to register messaging endpoint`. `a365 setup endpoint` is not a command that is available, the endpoint is set up as part of another step (?).
