The go sample is missing metrics and logs

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Since the collector can receive metrics and logs in addition to tracing, it would be interesting to have the Go (lang) example exposing all available signals.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Change the example to include the same signals we have supported in node.js
