Add support for additional CLI verification options

Description

The model-transparency CLI supports options such as

• ignore paths
• allow symlinks
• ignore unsigned files
• ....

We should add support for these options into the operator, either through the CRD or annotations

I've started doing some work on this, but it is not finished. Here's what I have so far.

I still need tests, and will likely add in support for the annotations as well.

Note: this work builds on many of the other PRs still to be merged into the repo.

Here's the final version, I can cherry-pick this across once the repo has been updated with the outstanding PRs.
