The links for headings that have angle brackets in their title are not generated consistently. In this case, the title is "The purpose of <Suspense>" and the link generated for it is the-purpose-of-, which does not include "suspense". However, the link in the TOC is correct (the-purpose-of-suspense). I think it's related to SolidBase, but I couldn't identify the problem. Could you please take a look at this, @jer3m01 ?

The title remark plugin probably uses different logic for urls, we should replace it for a custom one.
