Implement websockets using microdot web server #89
Description
Web sockets will allow real time information exchange rather than expensive REST API calls for some elements. The Web UI sensor page, interactive console page and possibly interaction with SMIB for space state and /howfresh commands could all benefit.
It's not clear the Pico will support running both web server concurrently for an interim period or if migration from tinyweb to microdot will be a pre req sub issue.
