Work Item: Digital Credentials Threat Model

As per the group decision, I am preparing the bikeshed version to be moved in W3C organization and publish it as Note Editor's Draft.

Hey @simoneonofri -- just to note that we also discussed threat modelling work during the Credential Community Group call on future work for the W3C Verifiable Credentials WG. We intend to participate heavily and just wanted to note that we want to make sure you involve those groups with the document above. /cc @brentzundel @man4prez @wip-abramson @mkhraisha
